DISPUTES — both values printed, never silently resolved

UNVERIFIED — must NOT be quoted as fact

Draft prepared 19 October 2026 for the 8StarSports World Football foundation pack — England section. Club play only.

Part C — La Liga trail [L]

SOURCE TRAIL

Disputes (both values printed — never silently resolved)

  1. Telmo Zarra's total: 251 vs 254. Table prints 251 — given by [L12] (three lists), FootballBerry, and Guinness World Records ("the previous league record of 251, held by Telmo Zarra"). [L11] alone gives 254. Apps also vary 277 vs 278.
  2. César Rodríguez's total: 221 vs 223. Table prints 221 — [L11], [L12] (Champions League list), FootballToday. FootballBerry and The18 give 223.
  3. Pahiño's total: 212 vs 210 / 213 / 214. Table prints 212 — [L12] Colgados and [L12] Champions League list. Other fetched values: 210 (The18, FootballBerry), 213 ([L11]), 214 (FootballToday). No two of the dissenting values agree with each other.
  4. Raúl's total: 228 vs 229. Table prints 228 — [L11], [L12], Justotal. Bolavip and FootballToday give 229. (FootballBerry also prints 228 but mis-orders him above Hugo Sánchez 234 — an ordering error in that source, not used.)
  5. Guillermo Gorostiza's total: 178 vs 183, and rank 15/16. Table prints 178 — his season-by-season club table sums to 178 (Athletic Bilbao 106 + Valencia 72), and SportsLib/Alchetron/AcademiaLab all state 178. [L11] gives 183 and ranks him 15th, ahead of Juan Arza (182); on the 178 figure Arza is 15th and Gorostiza 16th, as printed here.
  6. Luis Suárez's total: 176 vs 179. Table prints 176 — [L11]'s table, AllFootball. [L11]'s own article text says 179 in one paragraph (internal inconsistency in that source).
  7. Adrián Escudero's total: 147 vs 150. Table prints 147 — [L11]. An older Wikipedia-derived list (Dec 2020 snapshot) gives 150. Dani/Escudero ordering at 24/25 is a tie on 147 either way in [L11].
  8. Griezmann club breakdown (total agreed at 205). [L14] gives Atlético 138 / Sociedad 40 / Barcelona 22 at the 200-goal mark; [L15]'s Wikipedia line implies Atlético 143 (94 + 5 + 44) / Sociedad 40 La Liga (46 incl. 6 Segunda) / Barcelona 22 across the full career — the two breakdowns differ in how the 2021–22 loan season is split, but both reconcile to the same La Liga total of 205 at the end of 2025–26. [L16]'s season rows contain one corrupt row (2016–17: 2 goals) and were used only for the 2025–26 figure.
  9. 2025–26 finishing order, 13th–18th. [L4], [L9] and [L10] agree on the head-to-head order printed here (Sevilla 13th, Alavés 14th, Elche 15th; Levante 16th, Osasuna 17th, Mallorca 18th). SoccerNews' 2025–26 table prints the same points and goal differences but orders those tied teams by goal difference instead (Elche 13th, Alavés 14th, Sevilla 15th; Osasuna 16th, Mallorca 17th, Levante 18th). The head-to-head order is printed, per La Liga's own classification rules as stated in [L9].
  10. 2016–17 champion (one bad source). MyKhel's La Liga history page lists Atlético Madrid as 2016–17 winner; [L1] and [L2] both give Real Madrid, and MyKhel was not used for the roll. Its 2024–25 top-four "points table" in the same page actually reproduces the 2025–26 top four — that page is unreliable and is logged here so it is not cited later.
  11. 2025–26 title-clinching match venue/detail. [L3] Sports of the Day and The Hard Tackle describe the 10 May 2026 Clásico differently in passing detail (a 2–0 Barcelona win over Real Madrid is agreed by [L3], the BetInIreland guide and Sports Mole); the venue wording varies between sources. Only the agreed facts (date, score, title sealed with three matches to spare) are used in this file.

UNVERIFIED (must NOT appear as fact in the tables)

Part D — Serie A trail [I]

SOURCE TRAIL

DISPUTES (both values printed; never silently resolved)

UNVERIFIED (must NOT appear as fact in the tables above)

End of draft — Italy / Serie A.

Part E — Bundesliga & Ligue 1 trail [G]/[F]

SOURCE TRAIL

All sources below were actually fetched (browser.search / browser.open) on 19 October 2026.

Germany — Bundesliga

France — Ligue 1

DISPUTES — both values printed, never silently resolved

UNVERIFIED — not established by two independent sources in this pass; must NOT be published as fact

End of draft.

Cross-pack open items (honest gaps, for a future pass)

  1. Ligue 1 scorers, 11 † rows — need a second independent source each before publication.
  2. Direct RSSSF fetches — RSSSF pages were reached for Italy and France; the Germany file 404'd and no direct RSSSF/worldfootball.net page surfaced for the UCL or La Liga in this pass (RSSSF is present there only as the cited source inside Wikipedia's lists). A dedicated RSSSF cross-check pass remains an upgrade item for §§1, 3, 5.
  3. La Liga appearance counts — omitted from the Records entirely; sources conflict beyond a clean two-source fix.
  4. Full final league tables before 2023–24 — not attempted; champions-only coverage is stated on every league section. Extending tables backward (e.g., the full Champions-League-era run) is a volume project for a later pass, season by verified season.
  5. Serie A Batistuta total — 184 printed with the 183 conflict flagged; a third-source tiebreak is an open item.
